You can safely and securely send money using your U.S. bank account, your debit card or your credit card.
Using your bank account
Using your bank account is the most cost effective, but most time consuming option. Bank funded transactions start at an all-time low cost of $3 – except in the Philippines – where it is free. Additionally, bank funded transactions take, on average, four business days. This is because we need to verify with the bank that the funds are available.
In order to use your bank account, you will just need to know the routing and bank account number.
Using your debit card
Using your debit card is the second least expensive option and the funds are usually available within minutes. Just enter the name as it appears on the card, the card number, the expiration date and the 3-digit security code on the back of the card.
Using your credit card
Using your credit card is the most expensive but also one of the fastest way to send money. It costs more to use a credit card because we are charged a processing fee by credit card companies. Additionally, your credit card company may charge you a cash advance fee. The best thing to do is to contact your credit card company if you have any questions about fees.
Similar to using your debit card, we will just need you to enter the name as it appears on the card, the card number, the expiration date and the 3-digit security code located on the back of the card.
